This project is mainly for the annual output of 100,000 tons of high-quality rice processing.This design included mainly following contents: current situation and development trend of rice processing of domestic,foreign markets,site selection,processing technology,equipment selection,material balance,environmental protection,personnel distribution,process safety,industrial hygiene and economic benefits etc.Its innovations including:(1)The process rice blending after polishing product can increase the varieties of rice,improve economic benefits.(2)The two times polishing process before the color selection can improve the smoothness of the rice surface,facilitate the better selection of the color selection machine,improve the effective capacity of the color selection machine,reduce the different color take out ratio to less than 5%,improve the yield and quality of rice.(3)It is equipped with circulating air separator and sliding screen before packaging,which can effectively remove a small amount of bran powder and debris in rice and enhance the sense of rice.(4)The rotary vibrating screen process after the second rice machine can reduce the broken rice 0.5-1%.Our corporation adhered to the development concept of “people-oriented and environmental protection”.The design improved the processes on the basis of the traditional rice processing technology,and equipped with advanced equipment,high automated technology to product different quality level of rice,so that we could meet the needs of customers.The processing technology can not only improved product quality,but also made full use of raw materials.The construction of the project played a positive role in the cultivation,processing and sales of local rice,which not only promoted the development of local economy,but also increased the economic benefits of enterprises.
