| Potentiostat is an indispensable electronic device in cathodic protection.The potentiometer supplies power to the solar polar-soil-pipeline loop,providing cathodic protection to the pipeline and thus slowing the rate at which the pipeline is corroded.In recent years,in order to extend the service life of pipelines,pipeline enterprises in sichuan and chongqing have been equipped with a variety of potentiometers for cathodic protection.According to the national standard,in order to evaluate the protective effect of the potentiometer of gas transmission pipeline,the polarization potential of pipe surface should be used as the basis of judgment.But the potentiostat product technology lags behind the development of pipeline protection effect evaluation requirements and industry standards,there are some limitations of function and structure,and lead to polarization potential of daily testing work difficult,part of each pipeline enterprises even for potentiostat polarization potential function defects and give up test,influence of cathodic protection effect evaluation,this is cathodic protection power supply research and development institutions and production units must face and put in effort to solve big problems.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the status analysis of the potentiostat in sichuan and chongqing,conduct experiments with existing methods,and select appropriate technical means to solve the technical problems of the potentiostat.This paper proposes a load switch of potentiostat retrofit scheme,this method combines GPS module,the control circuit and the internal load,through field application and can realize synchronous multiple pipeline cathodic protection power supply on and off,with GPS timing accurate and reliable data,and the advantages of strong commonality,each region for the future pipeline enterprise polarization potential test work provides a new thought of technology. |
