Anthriscus sylvestris(L.)Hoffm.Is a biennial or perennial herb in the umbrella family,which is also a ground bud plant with fleshy roots.It has the functions of Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting,replenishing the lungs,relieving asthma and removing blood stasis(Wang Fengqi et al.,1982).It is also known locally as Tianqi,Jinshan Tianqi or Ruobo Qi.Its fresh and tender aboveground stems,leaves and dry roots are of great medicinal,edible and research value.More and more people want green,pollution-free and health care,the unique tonic and spleen strengthening effects and good taste of wild Anthriscus sylvestris make the demand increase continuously.However the deterioration of the growth environment and the establishment of Mount Tai plant protection area make it moer diffucult to collect the wild Anthriscus sylvestris.Therefore carrying out the investigation of the germplasm resources of Anthriscus sylvestris around Mount Tai is urgent,so as the wild domestication and cultivation,and the development of biscuit products,and to protect it by various means.Therefore the study was about to investigate the species,distribution range,resource yield and other information of Anthriscus sylvestris,to find out the related situation of Anthriscus sylvestris variety selection,disease and pest control,origin processing providing basic data for the furture production layout of domestication and Cultivation of Anthriscus sylvestris in plain areas,the development direction of Anthriscus sylvestris cultivation industry,the establishment of high-quality cultivation technology system.And finally it will provide a scientific basis for the regional resource development,reasonable protection and utilization of Anthriscus sylvestris resources.In this study,the wild Anthriscus sylvestris resources in Taishan area were investigated.By the methods of historical documents,previsit and field sample survey,the representative areas with similar habitat characteristics and vegetation types were selected to investigate their resource distribution,habitat status,associated plants,biological characteristics measured and recorded,statistical distribution area,estimated reserves,and collected and compared The growth state and 50 germplasm of Anthriscus sylvestris from 4 wild populations in Taishan Mountain were domesticated in the field by seed and asexual propagation techniques,and 18 sample plots were domesticated and cultivated.The main results are as follows:Wild Anthriscus sylvestris community is distributed in Daiding,Taohuayuan,houshiwu,tianzhufeng,xianhewan,and Niangniang Temple 200-1400 meters away from the forest,beside the Pandao,and in the high mountains and valleys.About 0.5km~2 is found on the front and back slopes of Daiding,with a total reserve of up to 9.984kg/km~2;about 2.6km~2 is found in Sancha nature reserve of Taohuayuan,with a total reserve of up to 51.918kg/km~2;about4.8km~2 is found in cableway station and copper ware line of houshiwu nature reserve,with a regional reserve of up to 95.85kg/km~2;about 0.3km~2 is found in tianzhufeng nature reserve,with a regional reserve of up to 5.99kg/km~2.Wild Anthriscus sylvestris is concentrated in Taishan area,with a large individual density per square meter,a large number of seedlings and asexual root propagation.The yield can be quickly recovered after excavation.Proper excavation will not cause endangered resources.The key technology of introduction and domestication.The seeds of Anthriscus sylvestris are long and egg-shaped,up to 1350 seeds per plant.The two-year and three-year-old plants are selected for seed domestication,and stored in the sand of the shade.The lower seeds are selected and washed with water when the seedlings are about to be raised.The germination rate of artificial low-temperature treatment is the highest at 5-10?,and the germination rate in wet environment is as high as 92%.After thawing in the spring,the seedlings can be raised at the riverside and then transplanted.Asexual propagation and transplanting are easy to survive for one or two-year-old roots,and transplanting after the second year;in early spring and March,two or three-year-old seedlings are dug in the mountains,with a height of about3.5cm;at the end of October,all Anthriscus sylvestris with a diameter of 1-1.5cm can be directly introduced.By comparing the wild and cultivated Anthriscus sylvestris,it was found that the introduced Anthriscus sylvestris sprouted on the ground and withered,and there was no difference in seedling diameter,appearance and root appearance characters,and in the fat content of decoction pieces and Anthriscus sylvestris.In the second year of root propagation,the average dry weight of root can reach 42.36g,which can be used for medicine or food.It can form output and economic benefits.A kind of biscuits with the characteristics of tonifying deficiency and strengthening spleen has been developed:it was based on the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach,combined with the current popular fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine.The form are processed and developed into biscuits,and finally the biscuits with the functions of tonifying deficiency and strengthening spleen and strengthening body are productived.Through the research and exploration of the prescription and processing form of Anthriscus sylvestris functional biscuits,the optimization of processing technology was completed.It remedied the single phenomenon of the development of traditional Chinese medicine and food industry in Tai'an and it is also good for the industrial production,transportation and circulation of traditional Chinese medicine food,and to the development of new business opportunities and economic benefits.The research are about to understand and master the wild Anthriscus sylvestris resources around Mount Tai and their domestication characteristics,develop the unique Anthriscus sylvestris varieties,protect the unique resources,facilitate the industrial production,transportation and circulation of traditional Chinese medicine food,and provide the basic basis for the development of new business opportunities and economic benefits.
