| The internal control of cost and expense is very important for the modern development of enterprises.The scope of cost control,the rationality,science and efficiency of the specific design process have a direct impact on the production and management activities of enterprises.The further improvement of the quality of cost control is an important basis for enterprises to achieve sustainable growth and obtain higher economic benefits.It is also of great value to ensure the security of financial information and assets.Compared with other industries,the policy orientation of China’s tobacco industry is very obvious.under the background of the deepening trend of economic global integration,the reform of tobacco industry in China has been increasing in recent years.With the further improvement of monopoly system,tobacco industry enterprises want to gain more advantages in the fierce market competition.It is necessary to effectively control their own cost budget as soon as possible.Create economical tobacco sales image with fine management,and then enhance the competitive strength of the market.The object of case analysis selected in this study has a good development trend in recent years.However,there are still many problems in the internal control of costs and expenses.In this paper,a number of theories,such as the theory of the theory of the theory of the theory of the theory of the theory of the transaction cost of the cost-driven theory,are merged,and the problems,the problems and the solutions are put forward in the light of the introduction of the theory,and the specific conditions of the internal control of the cost of the research object are analyzed.In addition,a detailed investigation was carried out,and a targeted improvement was given.The research of this project hopes to provide effective reference for the growth of otherenterprises in the tobacco industry by further promoting the strategy of cost improvement and provide more effective support for the internal control of the cost of other enterprises in our country. |
