The Study On Environmental Protection Of Anbo Street In Pulandian District Of Dalian City

The construction of ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to establish and practice the concept that the green mountains and green waters are the Jinshan Yinshan,and adhere to the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment.As environmental protection issues have been repeatedly mentioned in the report of the 19th National Congress,the construction of ecological civilization has increasingly become one of the main tasks of government work.At the beginning of 2017,the central government dispatched environmental protection inspectors to various provinces to carry out environmental protection inspections,and inspected the typical and harsh environmental problems.During this period,various provinces and cities concentrated their efforts on environmental protection,which made the environmental protection effect significantly improved in the short term.With the opportunity of central environmental protection,Anbo Street has integrated environmental protection work within its jurisdiction.Based on this,this paper summarizes the scope of environmental protection of Anbo Street,including water pollution,air pollution,and solid waste pollution.The environmental protection measures that have been carried out in Anbo Street include:1.Establishing environnental protection teams;2.Environmental protection work is included in the performance appraisal;3.Revitalizing residents' environmental awareness;4.Environmental protection infrastructure construction;5.Agricultural pollution prevention and control.Although a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources have been paid,there are still many problems in the environmental protection of Anbo Street.For example,the environmental protection problem is not thoroughly managed,and the environmental protection implementation that has been invested has not been fully utilized.The prevention and control effect of agricultural pollution is not obvious enough and the residents environmental awareness is still insufficient.On this basis,by reading a large number of articles on environmental protection at home and abroad,especially in the environmental protection practices of some advanced areas,such as:Singaporefs universal participation in environmental protection routes,strict environmental protection system is Singapore's guarantee to become a "garden city" and the foundation;Japan's environmental protection work ranks among the best in the world.In Shimane Prefecture,Japan,the establishment of a perfect environmental protection agency is the cornerstone of environmental protection.In China,environmental protection work in some areas has been quite effective.For example,the management of domestic sewage in Anji County,Zhejiang Province not only uses powerful technical means,but also connects with advanced information technology to ensure the effectiveness of environmental protection work.Tonglu County also has reference significance for the treatment of agricultural production pollution.The "adoption agriculture" development model of Xinli Town,Panjin City,which is more similar to the natural conditions of Anbo Street,not only effectively prevented agricultural pollution,but also brought actual economic benefits to farmers,which also provided new environmental protection for Anbo Street.Combining the problems existing in the environmental protection of Anbo Street,and drawing on the advanced experience of environmental protection at home and abroad,the following countermeasures and suggestions for the environmental protection of Anbo Street were put forward:summed up the advanced experience and suggestions on environmental protection in line with the actual situation of Anbo Street:1.Clear responsible subjects;2.Improve environmental protection related rules;3.Enhance residents' awareness of environmental protection;4.Support financial support in multiple directions;5.Transform agricultural development methods.Anbo Street is an ordinary small town on China's 9.6 million square kilometers and a microcosm of China's environmental protection.Environmental protection is not a once-and-for-all business,but a long-term pursuit.The writing of this paper aims to provide new development ideas for the environmental protection work of Anbo Street,and also hopes to provide certain reference value for environmental protection work in other areas.Environmental protection is one of the main tasks of the government.This work is related to the long-term stability of the country,the 5survival of mankind,and the future of all mankind.Only by recognizing the importance of environmental protection and truly implementing environmental protection can we truly achieve "people-oriented" and truly embark on a benign development path.
