Research On The Structure Design Of Young Woman Cheongsam Based On Elastic Fabric

In recent years,knitted fabrics have been used in a wide range of applications due to their distinctive elastic characteristics.As one of the traditional Chinese costumes,cheongsam is an aesthetic embodiment of Chinese culture.The composite structure design of the cheongsam in the literature is mostly for the collection or segmentation treatment.The elasticity of the fabric is small or inelastic,and the structure of the cheongsam without the provincial fit Design studies are also necessary.First of all,the paper carries out a large amount of literature collection,and divides the development and evolution of cheongsam into four stages: the transition stage of cheongsam in the 20 s,the transitional stage of cheongsam in the 30 s and 40 s,the shaping stage of cheongsam in the 50 s and 70 s,and the cheongsam of the 80 s and the present.Innovative stage,etc.,understand the structural characteristics of cheongsam from all aspects,and provide theoretical support for cheongsam style and pattern design.Secondly,combined with the elastic fabrics on the market,three kinds of elastic knitted fabrics were selected for the fixed-load tensile test,and the elastic characteristics of the knitted fabrics were obtained,which was used as the basis for the elastic knitting cheongsam.Then,the selected 3 kinds of knitted fabrics and a non-elastic fabric(white fabric)are cut on the B75 table for three-dimensional cutting,and the body-shaped knitwear model of different size is obtained.The prototype is determined by the prototype method.Formula,obtain the basic pattern,verify the accuracy of the template through the cheongsam;establish a regression model of the elastic elongation of the fabric and the size of the body,and substitute the elastic elongation of the fabric into the model,and compare the data of each part with the measured data.It is found that the difference is not large.There is a difference between the structure of the elastic and the inelastic fabric.The elastic fabric reduces or eliminates the floating amount of the body by the elasticity,and the inelastic fabric is selected to be collected or divided to fit.Finally,an attempt was made to design a series of designs on the basic pattern of the fitted elastic knit cheongsam,desiged three cheongsams and maked ready-to-wear.The establishment of the prototype pattern of the elastic knitted fabric makes the change of the cheongsam more simple and has certain practical value.Figure 35,table 9,and reference 53.
