With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the air quality of living environment.The air purification effect of nanofibers has gradually attracted people’s attention.But the traditional electrospinning device has the problems of low production and poor quality,so the research of batch electrospinning device has become a hot spot.Based on this,a large-scale electrospinning machine for nanofibers is designed in this paper.Based on the research of traditional electrospinning equipment,the main structure of large-scale electrospinning machine was designed in this paper.Firstly,the nozzle and the way of feeding liquid were studied for the electrospinning machine.The sawtooth nozzle and brush structure were designed to solve the problems of easily blocked and low production.Secondly,a reel-and-roll receiving structure was designed to realize the continuous collection of nanofibers.Then the worm lifting platform and other mechanisms were designed to improve the efficiency of equipment,the overall mechanism assembly of the electrospinning machine was also completed.On this basis,in order to ensure the spinning quality and output of the electrospinning machine,the electrostatic field of the electrospinning machine was simulated and analyzed by COMSOL software for optimizing the parameters of the key structure and the spinning process of the electrospinning machine.Finally,the control system and shielding device of large-scale electrostatic electrospinning machine based on PLC were designed,which improves the production efficiency of the equipment and protects the control elements working in the high-voltage electrostatic field.By the way,it provides an experimental platform for the function verification of the electrospinning machine.In order to verify and improve the function of large-scale electrospinning machine designed in this paper,the optimum parameters of spinning distance,voltage and receiving speed were obtained by single factor experiment.So,the polyacrylonitrile nanofibers with good morphology were prepared.Through the comparative experiment of single needle electrospinning device and large-scale electrospinning machine,it was found that the production of large-scale electrospinning machine had been significantly increased,which verifies the feasibility of large-scale electrospinning machine and has guiding significance for industrialized production of nanofibers.Figures 42,Tables 4,References 63.
