The resource utilization of oily sludge is one of the key and difficult aspects of the petroleum industry.Recovery of crude oil from oily sludge is a research hotspot for sustainable development.The methods of sludge recovery mainly includes extraction,pyrolysis,thermal desorption,etc.While the above treatment methods having good treatment effects,the operation cost is high,some technologies have certain safety risks,secondary pollution,and there are more restrictions on application.The cleaning method is a low-cost operation method for oliy sludge treatment that has simple processes and low investment.The core technology is the optimization of cleaning agents,the design of processing equipments and the optimization of process parameters.In this paper,the research indicator is the oil content of cleaning residues which completely removed water from them.The purpose is recovering mineral oil from Huoshaoshan-oil sludge in Xinjiang oilfield and designing processes.The JJ-6S six channels constant speed water bath electric agitator was used to study recovering crude oil by cleaning technology in the laboratory.Firstly,two methods is used to explore the optimal operating parameters,five-point method is used for singleagents screening,orthogonal experiments is used for a variety of pharmaceutical complexes,then adding adjuvants and secondary cleaning;secondly,GC-FID,FT-ICR MS and other means is used to perform the cleaning effect and the characterization of the oliy sludge.The final work is processes design and economic accounting.In this paper,some conclusions are drawn.(1)The optimum operating parameters of Huoshaoshan-oily sludge that cleaning temperature is 70 °C,solid-liquid ratio is 1:5,stirring rate is 400 r/min,stirring time is 20 min,pH is 9,centrifugal rotation speed was 3000 r/min.The operating parameter influence order is mixing time over Temperature over solid-liquid ratio over stirring speed.(2)The moisture content,oil content and solid content rate of Huoshaoshan-oily sludge are 28.31%,14.43% and 57.26%,respectively.The oil content of dry oily sludge is 20.13%.Five agents in one type of cleaning residue(dry)oil containing is less than 4%.It carries out two cleaning agent compound medicament AHYXQ2-1,three kinds of compound medicament AHYXQ3-1,AHYXQ3-2,and their oil content of dry cleaning residue are 1.55%,0.32% and 0.73%,respectively.Then adding a adjuvant in AHYXQ3-2 to obtain AHYXQ4-1 which have four compounded agents,and the oil content of residue(dry)is less than 0.3%.The primary cleaning oil removal rate of agents is more than 87% and the secondary cleaning oil removal rate is more than 93%.(3)A variety of characterization methods to verify the cleaning effectiveness of Huoshaoshan-oily sludge.The apparent structure of Huoshaoshan-oily sludge and leaning residue is determined by SEM which is changing from the continuous structure to the disperse phase.Carbon distribution is analysis by high temperature simulated distillation that the cleaning agent can remove C15 to C24 Part of the petroleum hydrocarbon components.Through the hydrocarbons analysis of by gas chromatography,which shows that the cleaning agents can remove most of the alkanes before the positive heptadecane.Partially saturated hydrocarbons and aromatics in crude oil are removed is proved by four component analysis.XRF analysis shows that the elements are generally flat before and after treatment.(4)It also carris out a number of characterization analysis of the material contained Huoshan oil sludge.Phosphate toxicity analysis of the oil extract of Huoshan oil shows that inorganic metals and sixteen PAHs are within limits.XRD analysis shows that the proportion of solid-phase quartz in oil sludge exceeds 38% and that of clay minerals is 19.2%.FT-ICR MS detected N1,N1O1,HC and O1 compounds.At the end of this paper,some items are studied,such as the cleaning phase separation process,the verification of other sludge effects,the preliminary design of the pilot process,and the technical economics of cleaning.In this paper,the research roves that the oily sludge cleaning technology can realize the utilization of crude oil resources and has economic value.It is expected that this study will contribute to the utilization of oily sludge.
