The components of fracturing waste liquid are complex and difficult to handle, and contain a variety of macromolecular polymers with high suspended solids content.Treatment of fracturing waste fluids Various technologies have been tested in various oil fields at home and abroad, but no universal treatment process has been formed. With the large-scale development and industrial fracturing construction operations in the tight oil and the Mahu area of the Zhundong Oilfield, frequent fracturing waste liquid emissions from the construction increase, the oil field company is extremely urgent in the treatment of fracturing waste liquid. The fracturing waste liquid containing guar gum as the main component was taken as the research object, and the characteristic parameters(fluid discharge, viscosity, chemical oxygen demand, etc.)of the flowback of the fracturing waste liquid in Xinjiang Oilfield were analyzed and analyzed with time. And research;the first attempt to use the time-of-flight mass spectrometry to analyze the structural changes of the guar gum before and after fracturing waste liquid oxidation treatment, and its characteristic product is converted from polyoxypropylene to polyglycol complexes; The method for the determination of guar gum concentration by the colorimetric method of ketone-concentrated sulfuric acid and the determination of its molecular weight by gel chromatography was simple, and the recoveries were 98%~102%.At the same time,F-01 and C-01 catalysts were independently prepared. The efficiency of catalyzing the oxidation of organic matter in catalytic fracturing waste liquid of sodium hypochlorite was effectively improved, and the viscosity reduction rate increased by 48.98% and 31.94% respectively compared with direct oxidation.A pretreatment process for fracturing waste liquid "primary catalytic oxidation-coagulation-secondary catalytic oxidation-secondary coagulation-sand filtration" was proposed to treat suspended solids to a level below 15 mg/L,which is in accordance with the secondary oil field reinjection water index. This technology can provide reliable technical support for the effective treatment and disposal of oil fracturing waste liquids and has a large-scale application prospect.
