Supramolecular gels are low-molecular-weight gels with a certain stimuli-responsiveness and are formed by self-assembly of noncovalent bonds such as hydrogen bonds and?-?stacking.The addition of metal ions to the more extensive properties of supramolecular gels,the study of coordination metal gels will have great application value in drug delivery,sensors,smart materials and so on.The main content of this article includes:The first successful design and synthesis of the new ligand terephthalic acid bis-?3-pyridyl??ligand N?,the successful synthesis of the ligand 1,3,5-triphenylene tris-?3-pyridyl?ester?ligand L?.Using the control variable method,the conditions for the formation of gels of ferric nitrate nonahydrate with ligand N and ligand L were explored,respectively.The gel-forming solvent can only be tetrahydrofuran with a minimum gel concentration of 2%and a wide range of ratios.The structure and formation mechanism of the two gels were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,raman spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance and XRD.And the microstructure was analyzed by TEM and SEM.Secondly,the gel formed by nine hydrated iron nitrate and ligand N was used as a template,and the interaction between the amide group and Fe3+was used to make the methylene diacrylamide?MBA?polymerized on the surface of the template,and the template morphology was recorded.The mechanical strength and structural stability of polymer gels were significantly higher than those of unpolymerized gels.Using ammonia solution to remove gel template,we successfully prepared polymer nanotubes loaded with iron oxide particles.It will increase their application.Finally,we have successfully explored indium coordination polymer gel composed of indium nitrate and ligand N through many experiments.The formation conditions of gel were explored,and the formation mechanism and properties of gel were discussed by means of a series of testing methods.Similarly,PMBA nanowires/tubes were successfully prepared by gel template.
