Porous polymer has the good performance of low density,high specific surface area,can be used as a container to load the corrosion inhibitor,to preparation with self-healing properties of anticorrosive coating,improve the effect of anticorrosion coating.By soap-free emulsion polymerization to synthesize polystyrene(PS)nanoparticles,respectively discussed the influence of the concentration of the monomer with the crosslinking and un-crosslinking polystyrene nanoparticles.And study the effect of the dosage of n-heptane,sulfonated time,alcohol time and pore ratio and pore water temperature on the micro morphology of the porous crosslinking and un-crosslinking polystyrene,respectively.Results show that when the soap-free emulsion polymerization using 10 g styrene(St),0.05 g potassium persulfate(KPS),100 ml of deionized water,after reaction 2 h add 0.05 g divinyl benzene(DVB)can get appropriate particle size,spherical complete PS nanometer microspheres.On the pore forming process,study the influence of change the conditions of pore-forming on the crosslinking and un-crosslinking polystyrene nanoparticles.The higher concentration of n-heptane,the bigger size of porous of SPS microspheres.Pore and sulfonated time also affect the porous microsphere size and number of SPS.When the sulfonated time is 6 h,m(ethanol)?m(water)?m(n-heptane)= 5?5?1,pore-forming time for 10 h,the morphology and pore size can be obtained the appropriate porous PS nanometer microspheres.The surface of crosslinking porous polystyrene is not a hole,but the surface of not crosslinking porous polystyrene without low crosslinking degree of strength,can form a hole.Make the un-crosslinked porous polystyrene nanoparticles blend with the epoxy resin,prepared the coating from the spin coating method on the surface of Q345.Then,to test their electrochemical performance,soak those coatings in the solution of 3.5 wt.% NaCl.Polarization curve test results show that add the polystyrene to the coating can improve the anti-corrosion properties of coating.With the increase of content of polystyrene nanoparticles,the self-etching potential of the epoxy resin coating increased,the corrosion current density decreased.When add the polystyrene content up to 3 wt.%,the anticorrosion performance is best.Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurement technology compared to the pure epoxy resin coating,expanded PS/EP coating,and expanded(PS+BTA)/EP coating anticorrosion performance,results show that the addition of corrosion inhibitor,the coating of expanded polystyrene nanoparticles to improve the anticorrosive performance.Microarea electrochemical testing,confirmed that expanded(PS+BTA)/EP coating have the ability of self-healing.
