In the environment of energy saving and emission reduction,electricity generation is of great significance to reduce pollution and optimize energy structure.As a new type of energy saving and environmental protection,clean and efficient,safe and reliable electronic control energy storage system,it has been popularized and applied.In this paper,aiming at the problem that the well field transformer can't provide enough energy for the electronic control system,the dual power supply control scheme based on Supercapacitor power compensation is designed to realize the time-sharing power compensation of the super capacitor to the system.On the basis of this scheme,the control strategy of using supercapacitor as the "brake resistance" to absorb the power of power generation is designed to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing and reducing the cost.In order to improve the safety of workover rig system,an electronic collision avoidance system is designed to ensure the safety of operators.In order to improve the stability of the system and solve the contradiction between the lifting speed of the well tube and the limit of the output power of the inverter,the control strategy of the distribution of the gear and the matching of the load and speed is designed to maximize the operation efficiency without exceeding the rated power of the motor.Finally,the control scheme and control strategy mentioned above are applied to XJ350 electric workover rig.Through the field application in Jiangsu oilfield,the XJ350 electric workover machine,based on the control scheme and control strategy,is stable and reliable in the course of operation and carries out long term operation to meet the requirements of site construction.
