| Natural gas pipeline is a nonlinear system,which has long time lag.The operation control is particular complex.As a basic algorithm,PID plays an important role for current gas pipeline’s automation.In order to fully use the existing PID controller,the paper builds cascade control containing PID controller’s sub-loop which find the optimal conditions and maintain optimal operation of pipeline.The research of the real-time online control with simple pipe is very important for the simple pipe is the part of long distance pipeline.The cascade control model of simple pipe is established,which contains linear quadratic regulator which was optimized weighted matrix by genetic algorithm of the output feedback controller’s main-loop and PID controller’s sub-loop.The feedback gain is solved to form a closed loop of a simple pipe.The regulation law of the compressor is obtained,and they can perfect the real-time control system on the simple pipe.Taking example by the large system controller design method,the paper builds distributed subsystems that are connected by static nonlinear links for natural gas pipeline.The natural gas pipeline system is divided into several subsystem,which are connected with compressors described by a sector-bounded constraint.The model is solved with LTI Tool of MATLAB,which attain the stability analysis and distributed controller design.It will lay a theoretical foundation for the determination to real-time online control project of the natural gas pipeline. |
