Styrene thermoplastic elastomer?SBC?is a block copolymer with styrene,butadiene or isoprene as polymeric monomer.The main types are SBS?styrene-butadiene-styrene?and SIS?styrene-isoprene styrene?.Based on the technological process and resource advantages of the production plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,this paper explores the synthetic technology of SIS products and determines the basic data such as reaction temperature,coupling temperature and the amount of initiator and coupling agent.This paper provides technical reserve for the development and continuous production of SIS industrialization,which can enrich the brand of products and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,The SBS product T171,developed by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,is widely used in the production of white shoes,but its aging resistance is lower than that of the domestic products of the same kind,which hinders the popularization and use of the products.Therefore,the study on the anti-aging property of SBS is carried out in this paper.The first work of this paper is to prepare SIS by anionic polymerization.The effects of polymerization temperature,initiator dosage and coupling agent amount on the composition of SIS are studied experimentally.When T=50?,NBL=4.8mL,SiCl4=0.28mL,the samples with the equivalent 1106 molecular weight and mechanical properties can be synthesized.By changing the amount of coupling agent,the control technology of diblock SI content was realized,and a series of samples with different SI content and mechanical properties were prepared.The microstructure was characterized by GPC?IR and 1H-NMR.The results showed that the content of styrene in the synthesized sample remained 16±2 and the isoprene block addition reaction was characterized by less isoprene 1,4-structure.The second work of this paper is to explore the effect of terminators and antioxidants on the aging properties of SBS under the condition of thermal oxygen and light.The SBS was subjected to thermal oxygen aging and photoaging by adding the terminators and applying the antioxidant formulations in different systems.The microstructure of the samples was analyzed by IR.The results show that the addition of the termination agent can improve the yellowing resistance,and the anti-yellow property is the best when the antioxidant formula is:TMCS=0.77ml,565=0.128g TNPP=2.24g.The yellow resistance of the sample is almost the same as that of the contrast sample LCY1475.
