Thick reservoir is typically characterized by layers’ thickness and high storage, which is of great significance in yield improvement in oilfields. It came to be a remarkable issue on how to achieve efficient development. In developing at the present there are thick reservoirs mainly concentrated in Daqing Oil Field,Double River Oil Field and other regions within China.During production process, low water flooding efficiency and uneven water sweep are basic challenges.Due to that high recovery degree is usually hard to obtained.By now, scholars haven’t had a clear vision on how the main controlling factors act and figured out the law of thick reservoir water flooding. Thus,an accurate model is needed to evaluate the efficiency of thick reservoirs’ development and draft strategies to boost production. For the purpose of simulating thick reservoir’s water drive development, analyzing sensitivity of main factors and building up readjustment plan,in this paper we established thick reservoir water flooding efficiency evaluation model based on the B-L Theory and multilayers model and then built up simulation module to output evaluation plates of M block’s water drive. In this function, uneven water injection caused by longitudinal permeability heterogeneity and fluid differentiation caused by the gravity were considered. Then,This paper analyzed the sensitivity of thickness, longitudinal permeability heterogeneity and rate of injection. After that, given M block’s main exploitive contradictions,we used numerical simulation method to establish model to evaluate the effect of different adjustment scheme, optimizing the best plan to boost efficiency.Which can be referred to as theoretical basis by oilfields.
