In this paper,based on the theory and method of computational fluid mechanics,the geometric model and grid model of the flow channel type AICD numerical experiment are established for the flow channel AICD device used in the oil well control of the water cone.The fluid mechanics equations and boundary conditions for describing the flow field are given,which provides a research method for numerical simulation of flow channel type AICD flow field.Based on the numerical simulation research method of flow channel AICD flow field,the numerical experiment of flow channel type AICD is carried out.The mechanism of water control is revealed and the influence of structure parameters and hydraulic parameters on the water control capacity of flow channel type AICD is studied.The numerical simulation results show that under the given parameters,the pressure drop of water and oil phase decreases with the increase of flow field depth,and the pressure drop ratio of water to oil increases first and then decreases.With the increase of the minimum channel width,the pressure drop of water phase is increased,the pressure drop of oil phase decreases and the pressure drop ratio of water to oil increases;with the increase of the angle of auxiliary baffle,the pressure drop of water and oil phase increases and the pressure drop ratio of water to oil increases.With the increase of flow rate,the pressure drop of water and oil phase increases,and the pressure drop of water to oil increases and then tends to be stable.With the increase of viscosity,the pressure drop of oil phase decreases first and then increases.In view of the need of the laboratory study of the flow channel AICD,a flow channel type AICD indoor experimental device was developed.The experiment of water and oil single-phase indoor experiment was carried out with the influence factors of the depth of the flow field,the width of the minimum channel,the angle of the auxiliary baffle,the flow and so on.The experimental results are in agreement with the numerical simulation results,which proves the reliability of the research results in this paper.
