| Vehicle pollution on the environment is becoming more and more serious.It is the only way to solve the problem of vehicle pollution by developing new technology and strengthening vehicle emission control.Our country is a large country in vehicle ownership,and a large part of our territory is in the high-altitude western region.In order to get a better study on the real driving emission of heavy-duty vehicles which meet the european sixth stage emission standard in high altitude areas,and it is helpful to formulate and implement the sixth stage emission standard in China.Using a full load of 8.5 tons of N2 type and a full load of 16 tons of N3 type diesel truck which meet the EU No 582/2011 standard to establish real driving emission experiments in Xining,Haiyan,Minhe,Kunming,Jianshui,Lijiang,Taiyuan,and the N2 vehicle completed the low-temperature real driving emission experiments in Duolun.It spent two months in completing 30 high altitude emission experiments.The equipment used in this project is the AVL-MOVE PEMS manufactured by AVL,which measures the concentration of NO_x,PN,CO,CO2 and HC in the exhaust.The experiment results show that the emission of the two vehicles still meet EU No582/2011 standard in the range of 0-3050 meters above sea level.The comprehensive NO_x emission of N2 vehicle has no obvious change trend with the altitude increasing,The PN emission increases first and then decreases with the altitude;the CO emission of N2 vehicle shows the trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing along with the increase of altitude.In the range of 0-3050 m,the comprehensive NO_x and PN emission trend of N3 vehicle is same to the trend of N2 vehicle;As the altitude increases,the CO emission of N3 vehicle changes less in the range of 0-1300 m,above 1300 m,the CO ratio increases rapidly with the elevation rising,and the growth rate in the urban area is the fastest.The NO_x and PN average emission of N2 and N3 vehicles is related to the driving conditions of the vehicles.The NO_x emission is highest in the high-speed condition,and is lowest in urban condition;The PN emission is highest in the urban condition,and is lowest in the high-speed condition;The NO_x emission of N2 vehicle increases at low temperature of 0 ℃ and the NO_x and PN increase at the regeneration of DPF. |
