In the process of interaction between laser and metal target, with the difference of laser incident energy, the target will show some physical phenomena such as temperature rise, melting, gasification and so on.As a thermal effect in the interaction between laser and material, its variation law and mechanism are important research branches, especially the temperature change of laser and metal target is very important in actual production and life.It should be of guiding significance. With the change of laser energy, action time, spot size and other parameters, the temperature of metal surface will also change. Therefore,it is difficult to detect and study the real-time temperature change of metal surface at the experimental level, and there are many factors affecting the temperature change of target, which can not determine the accuracy of the experimental results. In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element model is established by using the finite element analysis software Comosl.Considering the heat conduction between different metals, the variation of temperature near the target interface with laser energy and pulse frequency is simulated. It is found that different heat conduction coefficients of the two metals will lead to different temperature changes. At the same time, the experiment of laser irradiation on composite metal target is carried out.According to the collected spectral data, the temperature of the target surface is calculated by inversion of Planck's blackbody radiation law.The experimental results are similar to the simulation results, and the variation law of the temperature field is obtained when laser irradiation on composite metal target.
