In recent years,people have attached great importance to their own health problems,but there are still many health problems such as bone defects,bone and joint necrosis.With the continuous development of nanotechnology and the emergence of biomedical materials,the demand that artificial hard tissue substitutes for implants is increasing due to its superior material properties.In this paper,the mechanical properties of ZrO2 nanotubes ordered-enhanced hydroxyapatite(HA)andβ-tricacium phosphate(β-TCP)are studiedand analyzed.The details are as follows:Firstly,fifteen periodic representative volume cell(RVE)models of ZrO2 nanotubes ordered-enhanced HA andβ-TCP biomaterials were established by using commercial finite element software ANSYS.According to the different volume fraction,different aspect ratio and side length of different RVE modelsdof ZrO2 nanotubes inside the model,the mechanical properties of the cell model under different conditions were obtained by setting the internal reinforcing fibers,the material properties of the matrix and the boundary conditions.Secondly,the results of mechanical properties calculated in this paper are compared with the theoretical values of H-T and the results of cell model under the random distribution of ZrO2 nanotubes respectively,so as to study the mechanical properties’advantages and disadvantages of the ZrO2 nanotubes ordered-enhanced composite,and analyze the stress distribution of the ZrO2 nanotube and the composite matrix material.The influences of elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio of ZrO2/HA and ZrO2/β-TCP composites on the volume fraction,aspect ratio and RVE side length of ordered ZrO2nanotubes were obtained by finite element numerical simulation.The elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio of ZrO2 nanotubes ordered enhanced HA was compared with thses of the ZrO2 nanotubes random enhanced HA under different conditions.The comparative study laws of these two kinds of ZrO2 reinforced composites with different structures were obtained.The stress states of reinforced nanotubes and matrix materials HA andβ-TCP under the same conditions were analyzed.Finally,the influence laws of surface crack stress intensity factor KI value on the surface crack size and the volume fraction of ZrO2nanotubes was studied.
