The design is based on IPC-PLC pellets of chain grate machine-rotary kiln automatic control system design,analyses the present situation of steel industry sintering technology and research,focuses on the whole system and the automatic batching control design and control system based on Schneider platform of hardware and software design,etc.,introducing the current industrial control network with multiple network integrated technology.Taking Qinhuangdao company equipment modification for the project background,from the design of the control system of precise ingredients,hardware configuration design,software configuration design and network communication of the control system are carried out one by one.The control system integration mainly combined with the process features of chain grate machine-rotary kiln production line and technical requirements on the basis of the old control system,with Schneider Quantum series of three layers structure of PLC control system.Most importantly,the paper describes systematically based on Siemens Profibus-DP fieldbus and industrial Ethernet technology integration of pellets sintering process integrated automation hardware configuration,software configuration and network configuration,realizing the centralized management and decentralized control of pellet production.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:The first to introduce our present pellet sintering process flows,focusing on analysis of the rotary device driver development status and control level.The key analysis of control requirements of existing equipment in upgrading were defined.Secondly,the design of precise batching transformation and PLC software and hardware configuration and network configuration are carried on.The key to mixture control is mainly based on PI adjustment with double closed loop control.At the same time,the speed of the electronic belt scale and disk feeder is adjusted according to the amount of feeding,so as to achieve stable batching Pellets and be for the inverter control including parameter testing and communication configuration.The upgrading has been made great improvement.The other system is also mainly used PLC control,with software and hardware configuration.The PLC programming adopts Schneider Unity Pro,responsible for field data collection,filtering and feedback control;The IPC is integrated with the Schneider configuration software Citect SCADA7.10 to provide an intuitive and friendly interface.The architecture model of industrial Ethernet mixed with multiple networks is proposed.Since the running of the control system of the company,it has good stability from hardware to software,which has laid a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of the whole system. |
