Based on the limestone production line of the first company of Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Company Ltd.The production line uses mines to produce aggregates,it products have low output,poor quality,low added value,and low comprehensive utilization of resources,which cannot get the increasing environmental and efficiency requirements of enterprises.In order to solve the above problems of the production line,the research on the "use limestone scrap production manufactured sand" was carried out.The implementation of this project has solved the problems of low product yield,poor quality,low added value and low comprehensive utilization rate of resources in the original limestone scrap production line.It shows that it is feasible to use limestone scrap to produce manufactured sand,and the problem of waste residue utilization in the original production line can be solved by producing manufactured sand.After the completion of this project,the average tax-free selling price of manufactured sand products is 18.68 yuan per ton,the average comprehensive cost is 10.74 yuan per ton,and the gross profit is 7.94 yuan per ton.The synthetic cost of manufactured sand products is low and the added value of industry is high.The production capacity of the manufactured sand production line of Dingxin company can meet the original target of the project,it reached 60 t/h.The manufactured sand products can also fully meet the requirements of Class II construction sand in GB/T 14684-2011.From the comparison of the trial mixing tests of C30 and C50 concrete with manufactured sand,it can be seen that the amount of cement used in the mixing ratio before and after the use of manufactured sand decreases,the slump expansion of concrete with manufactured sand increases,and the compressive strength of concrete at all ages increases.The manufactured sand produced by this project can be fully applied to the requirements of type II construction sand for C30~C60 concrete.The implementation of the technical transformation project has achieved good environmental,resource and economic benefits.The implementation of this project has verified the feasibility of cement enterprises to use the low-grade limestone scrap production mechanism sand of their own mines.It provides reference and reference for the industry to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of cement mine resources and replace the natural sand with manufactured sand.
