| With the rapid process of economic development,industrialization and urbanization in the past few decades in Henan province,air pollution is becoming an urgent problem in this region.Based on daily air pollution data released by the ministry of environmental protection of China and Henan environmental protection bureaus between 2015 to 2016 combining with meteorological and social-economic data,the spatial and temporal variation of air pollution,influencing factors and the comprehensive controlmeasures in Henan province were discussed in this paper.The main results are as follows:Annual mean AQI during non-attainment days was getting lower at the province scale from 2015 to 2016,but it was getting higher in the high pollution cities.Annual mean AQI during non-attainment days has a remarkable tendency of agglomeration,with the H-H"hot spot"area in Jiaozuo city,Xinxiang city and Zhengzhou city.Influenced by the resource and environment foundation and the social-economic development stage,urban annual air pollution levels have obvious Regional differences,which can be divided into low pollution medium frequency subcategory,medium pollution low frequency subcategory,high pollution medium frequency subcategory and high pollution high frequency subcategory.Although PM2.5 was the largest contributor to the air pollution,but the frequency of major pollutant PM2.5.5 decreased,while the frequency of major pollutant O3 exceeded PM10 from 2015 to 2016.Additionally,the structure of air major pollutant varied during seasons.Particulate pollutant(PM2.5 and PM10)also has an obvious feature of agglomeration,with the H-H"hot spot"area in Xinxiang city.Significant relationships were found between Air pollution AQI and a variety of meteorological factors such as mean temperature,average surface temperature and max surface temperature,sunshine duration,wind-speed,relative humidity,and mean atmospheric pressure,varing among cities and seasons.Meanwhile,social-economic factors such as industrial structure,energy consumption component,civilian vehicles structure and construction could also exert a significant impact on air pollution.On the basis of the analysis on current situation and existing problems of air pollution prevention and control in Henan province,a new model of coordination(subject coordination,space-time coordination,type coordination)-feedback(feedback adjustment)was discussed,and a mechanism system was put forward to ensure the effective operation of this new model with the concept of feed forward,concurrent,and feedback control. |
