With the needs of the metal industry in China,the scale of ore mining and processing is expanding,and the requirement of refined ore grade is getting higher and higher.The taste of raw ore in China has been reduced year by year,resulting in the need for raw ore to be broken,ground and processed before it can enter smelting.In the process of grinding,if you use your own ore as a medium and add an appropriate amount of steel balls,it is called a semi-self-grinding machine.The three large-scale semi-self-grinding machines used at the site of the White Horse Treatment Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group New White Horse Co.,Ltd.account for 80 % of the on-site production and operation of the company.The body of the semi-self-grinding machine is a cylinder that is installed horizontally at low speed on two hollow axes.The low speed synchronous motor drives the small gears through the pneumatic clutch to drive the surrounding large gears.The open gear transmission device for large gears and small Gears is the core part of the transmission device of the semi-self-grinding machine.Its operation characteristics are low speed,negative load,complex operating environment,and high probability of failure.It is also one of the important reasons that cause the semi-self-grinding machine to stop.Therefore,the research on the gear fault diagnosis technology of the semi-self-grinding machine is an important issue in the field equipment management and maintenance.For the complex mechanical rotation in the field,especially when a variety of faults occur at the same time,the vibration signal is particularly complex.It is difficult to identify the frequency of defects by the time domain waveform and spectrum diagram alone.At this time,the inverted spectrum can be a good side frequency component of the failure frequency domain modulation signal.The modulation signal can be well recognized for the gear fault inversion spectrum.Based on the production practice,this paper analyzes the typical faults and vibration characteristics of gear drive of semi-self-grinding machine.The data collected by the combination point detector is analyzed by means of time-domainsynchronization average noise elimination and inversion spectrum analysis.Through MATLAB simulation and field historical accident data validation analysis.The theory is validated,which provides a reference for the diagnosis of gear failure vibration of semi-self-grinding machine in the future.The analysis of signal spectrum in the field shows that this method can be applied effectively to the analysis and advance prediction of the problem in the equipment spot verification repair,and can be used to test the correction of the equipment and gear wear by the analysis of the inverted spectrum.The research results show that the time domain synchronization average and the inversion spectrum analysis technique can effectively solve the diagnosis of gear state of the semi-mill in the field..
