The charging process is one of the most important process steps in the production process of cigarettes.It can play the role of flavoring,moisturizing,anti-mild and burning,and is the key processing procedure for determining the sensory style and quality of cigarette products.With the rapid development of science and technology and diversified market demand,the processing of tobacco leaves by cigarette companies is now shifting from extensive processing to refined and personalized processing.While paying attention to the cost of processing technology,more attention is paid to the quality of finished tobacco leaves.Features are highlighted.Because the charging process involves the coupling of multiple physical and chemical fields such as gas,solid and liquid,it is an extremely complicated cross-coupling process.However,the processing parameters and evaluation indexes of the traditional charging process based on the empirical and statistical laws have not been able to meet the demand for refined and characteristic production.Therefore,the "black box" process of the charging process carried out in the closed drum is "white boxed".Through the in-depth study and analysis of the essential principle of the charging process,the extraction and induction of the mixed state of the material movement is the quality of the charging process.The improvement of charging equipment technology and the key to the development of refined cigarette processing and production.In this paper,the first-stage charging process is taken as the research object,and the comprehensive evaluation system of charging quality effect is researched and constructed.Based on the evaluation system,the charging effect prediction model is established,and the influence of main process parameters on the charging effect is analyzed.The research work firstly screened and analyzed the main influencing parameters of the charging process,and analyzed the mixing principle and coupling process of the charging process.Secondly,the fluid-solid coupling simulation model of the tobacco leaf and the liquid in the charging process was established to mix the materials in the drum.The movement was simulated and the process of charging in the closed drum was “visualized” and digitized.Thirdly,through the analysis of the characteristic data of the simulation calculation results,five key factors based on the characteristics of solid phase,liquid phase and solid-liquid mixing were proposed.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation system and artificial neural network proposed in this paper,the comprehensive effect prediction model is established.The relationship between the process parameters and the charging effect was analyzed and summarized.The charging line prediction model was verified by the charging process production test line,which proved the correctness and effectiveness of the prediction model.The research results of this paper reveal the characteristics and laws of the material movement state and mixing effect in the charging process,digitally characterize the comprehensive effect of charging,and quantitatively analyze the influence of main technical parameters on the charging effect.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of the refined and personalized characteristic production process of cigarette enterprises.
