| As a kind of coated abrasive tool made of superhard material,the diamond abrasive belt is widely used in precision grinding and polishing optical glass,special ceramics,composite materials and other hard and brittle materials,and has broad application prospects in aerospace,national military industry,microelectronics and optoelectronics and other cutting-edge fields.In order to solve the problems of frequent belt changing and low working efficiency caused by serious abrasive wear and low service life of abrasive belt,the diamond abrasive belt is used to take the place of the conventional abrasive belt.However,it is found in engineering practice that the abrasive wear of diamond abrasive belt is more serious in grinding titanium alloy than in grinding other materials.Therefore,in view of this phenomenon this paper carries out a research on basic theory of abrasive wear of the diamond abrasive belt in grinding titanium alloy.The main research work is as follows:(1)Simulate and model the elastic contact state of grinding interface composed of diamond abrasive belt grains and titanium alloy in elastic grinding process by using Abaqus,study the effects of pressure,friction speed and grain size on the temperature of grinding interface and point and the interface stress distribution to lay a foundation for further research on the rule of diamond abrasive wear and setting the parameters of friction and wear experiment.(2)Carry out a elastic friction and wear orthogonal experiment of titanium alloysingle diamond abrasive,study the effect laws of grinding pressure,grinding temperature,rubbing speed and abrasive particle size on abrasive wear.Establish a prediction model for degree of single diamond abrasive wear.Detect the wear patterns of diamond abrasives in grinding titanium alloy,analyse the causes of abrasive wear.(3)Carry out a experiment on diamond abrasive belt grinding titanium alloy sheet with no cooling conditions,detect the wear morphology of diamond abrasive belt,analyse the causes of abrasive wear and propose a wear suppression method according to the wear principle of diamond abrasives.On this basis carry out a comparative experiment to verify the effectiveness of this method.Carry out orthogonal experiments to study the effect laws of grinding pressure,linear velocity,feed speed and abrasive grain size on abrasive wear of diamond belt,detect and analyze the wear condition and establish a mathematical prediction model for degree of diamond abrasive belt wear.Carry out technological experiments on grinding titanium alloy aeroengine blades,study the grinding effect and service life of diamond abrasive belt. |
