Domestic logistics and warehousing construction,and foreign-funded factories have the characteristics of large area,high clearance,many kinds of storage items,many flammable materials and high fire risk.The state is paying more and more attention to the fire safety of such buildings.If the fire of this type of building can not be extinguished quickly in the initial stage,it will cause the fire to spread quickly,the fire is difficult,and the damage is heavy.The automatic sprinkler system can exert the advantages of high fire control and high fire extinguishing rate in the early stage of the fire.The design specifications of the sprinkler system(GB 50084-2017),the basic design parameters such as the revision of the shelf storage warehouse,have been greatly revised,which has increased the water consumption of the system.The sprinkler system mostly uses a branch pipe network,and the uniformity of water distribution and reliability of water distribution are poor.In order to optimize the design of the automatic sprinkler system,the paper conducts in-depth research on the layout of the grid pipe network to improve the reliability of the system and save Investment.Based on the design requirements of the automatic fire sprinkler system of the American Fire Protection Association and the European Standards Committee,the paper analyzes the design process and important design parameters of the estimation method and hydraulic calculation method,and compares the differences with the design specifications of China.At the same time,the form of the self-nozzle network and the calculation method of the pipe network are introduced.The in-depth study of the grid pipe network is carried out,and the basic research on pipe network theory,theoretical calculation formula derivation,calculation method and calculation program is studied.And using the calculation program compiled by Matlab,combined with the actual case,the characteristics of the five forms of the three types of arrangement of branch pipe network,ring pipe network and grid pipe network are studied and analyzed.The research results show that the domestic and international standards have different reference and slight differences in the selection of the design method of the sprinkler system,the classification of the hazard level and the design of the water spray intensity.Among them,the American Fire Protection Association has the most stringent standards;The results of network calculations show that the hydraulic uniformity of the distribution pipe of the grid-like pipe network,the uniformity of water distribution in the most unfavorable area,and the reliability of water distribution are better than the branch pipe network and the ring pipe network.The advantages are not obvious;among the five pipe network forms studied,the performance of all aspects of the grid pipe network B is optimal.
