With the rapid development of finite element theory and computer technology,the numerical simulation technology of sheet metal forming process has become a research hotspot in the field of sheet metal plastic forming.It is widely used in the automotive industry and is an important technical means for product,assembly design,and production departments.The springback is one of the main defects in the stamping process of sheet metal,which seriously affects the quality and size accuracy of parts.It is one of the forming defects that is difficult to overcome in the stamping process.It greatly reduces the quality of parts and production efficiency.And it is a key problem to be solved in the automobile manufacturing industry in China.Accurate prediction and compensation of springback is always the key and difficult problem in sheet metal stamping.With the development of CAE technology and great progress in the field of sheet metal forming,springback prediction and compensation have become the development trend and general technical requirements of the mold industry.Therefore,it has great theoretical significance and practical value to study and develop sheet forming and springback by using sheet forming numerical simulation technology.This paper briefly introduces the research status of springback,robust analysis technology of sheet metal forming and springback compensation technology.On the basis of the above,a Door-inner was selected as the research object,and the forming analysis,forming optimization and springback of the door were studied by AutoForm software.In order to solve the problems of large drawing depth and complex parts,the problems and influencing factors in forming are studied by robust analysis and optimized.The springback of the part is predicted and the springback compensation is made,and the mold surface that satisfies the springback requirements is obtained,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the mold processing and manufacturing.At the same time,through the entire processing and manufacturing process of the mold,the effect of theoretical springback compensation has been truly reflected,and finally a part with a high conformity rate has been obtained,effectively shortening the mold manufacturing cycle and saving production and manufacturing costs.Through the research of this paper,a systematic method for predicting and compensating the springback of the inner plate is provided,and it is verified in practice,and valuable experience is accumulated for the study of similar problems in the future.
