In the machining process of precision horizontal machining center,its whole dynamic characteristics have a great influence on the machining accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece,and the rationality of the mass distribution of the machine tool components is very important for improving the whole dynamic characteristics,but the traditional research method of the whole dynamic characteristics of the machine tool,due to the improper creation of the machine tool model and the excessively large machine tool manufacturing cost,the quality of the machine tool infrastructure and the whole dynamic characteristics.The relationship between the two cannot be accurately grasped.Aiming at the above problems,this paper firstly establishes the dynamic model of machine tool infrastructure components,and theoretically reveals the influence of machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics,and then uses data-driven method to fit large amounts of data.The analysis shows the more accurate influence of the machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics,and verifies the conclusions obtained from the theoretical analysis.Applying the above-mentioned influence law,the quality of the basic structural parts of the precision horizontal machining center is realized.The optimized design of the distribution effectively improves the whole dynamic of the machine tools.1.Setting the typical topological horizontal machining center as the research model,the 3D parametric dynamic model of the machine tool foundation structure was established,and the dynamics model was used to analyze the whole dynamic characteristics of the machine tools,and the quality of the machine tools' column and bed was derived.The parameter relationship between the ratio and the first five natural frequencies of the whole machine reveals the influence of the quality distribution of the vertical horizontal machining center column and the bed on the whole dynamic characteristics.2.The CAD/CAE co-simulation platform of the “box-in-box” horizontal machining center based on iSIGHT software was built,and a large number of simulation data of the whole dynamic characteristics were obtained,in order to obtain a more accurate analysis of the influence of the machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics data support is provided.3.In order to further test the theoretical analysis of the influence of the machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics,the applicability of other topological precision horizontal machining centers was carried out for the “moving column” horizontal machining center verification.4.Comprehensive analysis of the large amount of data obtained from the simulation analysis of the " box-in-box " horizontal machining center and the "moving column" horizontal machining center,using iSIGHT post-processing and Matlab induction analysis to draw conclusions,the influence law of the machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics which is more accurate and applicable to most precision horizontal machining centers is obtained,and the influence law pointed out by the theoretical analysis is also verified.5.Based on the above-mentioned influences of the machine tools' column and bed mass distribution on the whole dynamic characteristics,the first five natural frequencies of the machine tools are optimized,and the multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-II and CAD/CAE integration method are used to obtain the comparison.The original design is more reasonable in the distribution of the machine tools' column and bed quality,and also effectively improves the whole dynamic characteristics of the machine tools,further verifying the validity of the proposed method and the correctness of the impact law.Taking a “box-in-box” horizontal machining center and a “moving column” horizontal machining center as an example,the first five natural frequencies of the whole machine after adjusting the mass distribution have been improved to different degrees.
