The livestock sector is an important source of agricultural pollutants. The environmental problems caused by the production of feed crops cannot be ignored. The resource consumption and environmental impacts of three commonly used crops of corn, wheat and green corn in China were assessed using life cycle assessment?LCA?method, and quantitatively assessed energy consumption?EU?and land.Using the effects of?LU?and water consumption?WU?,global warming?GWP?,environmental acidification?AP?and water eutrophication?EP?,the regional differences in the environmental impacts of three common crops were analyzed. The environmental improvement measures in the production process of feed crops provide a basis for reducing environmental problems in the production of three common feed crops for corn, wheat and green corn in China.Provide a basis for the problem. The main findings are:?1?The environmental impact and resource consumption of production unit quality corn, wheat bran and green corn are roughly as follows:corn>wheat bran>green corn.?2?There are regional differences in resource consumption and environmental impact between China's corn and wheat bran cultivation areas.EU,WU,GWP,AP and EP in the corn production process are characterized by northern spring sowing maize area>northwest irrigated corn area>other corn growing areas, showing obvious north-south differences in wheat bran production, northern wheat main producing areas(northwest Spring wheat area>Xinjiang winter spring wheat and sowing area>Other wheat growing areas>Southern wheat main producing areas;LU of maize and wheat are the highest in the southwestern main producing areas. The resource consumption and environmental impacts in the production of green corn are shown in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang>other major producing areas.?3?The most serious environmental impacts of the three feed crops are nitrogen fertilizer application and fertilizer production,as well as irrigation links in North China and Northwest China. The effects of three fertilizer production and use on the environment are:nitrogen fertilizer>phosphate fertilizer>potash fertilizer. The main influencing pollutants corresponding to the three environmental impacts of global warming, environmental acidification and eutrophication are:GWP?CO2,N2O?,AP?NH3,SO2?,EP(NH3,NO3-and PO43-),nitrogen fertilizer application brings a large amount of NH3,NO3-,N2O emissions, fertilizer production It is the main source of CO2,SO2 and PO43-,and the irrigation links in the main producing areas of North China and Northwest China also cause high CO2 and SO2 emissions.?4?Fertilization optimization can reduce the production of EU,GWP,AP and EP in feed crops, but the improvement of WU is not obvious.Rational irrigation can significantly reduce EU,WU,GWP and AP,and water-saving irrigation reduces WU,but the improvement of EP is not obvious;drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation have increased EU,GWP and AP in some areas, but The increase in sprinkler irrigation is less than drip irrigation, and sprinkler irrigation can achieve environmental improvements in areas with high irrigation power consumption.Since this study did not consider optimizing the fertilization and irrigation yield increase,LU remained basically unchanged. To sum up,there are regional differences in resource consumption and environmental impacts of three feed crops of corn, wheat and green forage in China. Some environmental problems can be improved by optimizing fertilization and irrigation according to local conditions.
