| With the continuous progress of science and technology,people try new methods and ways to make their work more convenient and efficient.Reverse engineering has achieved remarkable results in the application of automobile,industrial design,home textile design and other industries.Cross-industry and cross-disciplinary research methods are constantly blending.This study uses reverse thinking to integrate reverse engineering technology.The application of technology in the field of clothing,surface construction of human body and basic style of clothing,also speeds up the rapid progress of clothing digital technology.This research focuses on the topic of "the structure design of women’s Western-style wedding dress based on the point cloud of human torso".Through the three-dimensional style design of corset,this paper proposes a clothing design method which can obtain pattern by two-dimensional pattern unfolding through three-dimensional style design.This research obtains the point cloud data of human body through three-dimensional scanning,builds the trunk model and the basic three-dimensional surface of corset according to the needs of the research institute.On the basis of this,the structure line is divided and designed,and the three styles are transformed into two-dimensional plane patterns.The rationality and scientificity are verified by the trial-wear of virtual simulation platform and the real-life production,and carried out through the virtual simulation platform.Wedding dress 3D visualization design and physical production,verify the feasibility and rationality of this method for clothing design.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the construction of human trunk model with arm based on point cloud data obtained by scanning.The second part is about the design method of three-dimensional pattern of corset and the method of developing two-dimensional plane pattern of three-dimensional pattern.The third part explores the design method of three-dimensional visualization virtual simulation of wedding dress.The fourth part,evaluation of three-dimensional virtual fitting and sample trial wear.Drawings39,tables1,references71. |
