As a kind of logging technology developed rapidly in recent years,casing logging tool has solved the problem of high water cut in most oil fields at present.By studying the distribution of formation resistivity and obtaining reservoir performance information,this technique is also an important technique in casing logging tool,and the communication technology between ground and downhole is also an important technology.A set of reliable and efficient communication device determines the success or failure of logging to some extent.This paper analyzes in detail the communication scheme between the surface and downhole of the casing resistivity logging tool,which has been designed and used in the laboratory at present.Through the analysis and research on the deficiency of the existing logging tools in the communication,This paper puts forward a scheme of ground and underground communication transmission system for transformer coupling communication,and introduces in detail the design and development of transformer parameters and circuit hardware and software in transformer coupling communication transmission scheme.Finally,the coupling communication technology of casing logging tool and transformer is used to effectively solve the shortcomings of the former laboratory casing logging tool,which is of great significance in the field of casing logging tool communication,and finally concludes with the direction of improving the work. |
