A refinery sewage plant undertakes the disposal task of the company's inferior heavy oil processing wastewater,and all the pollutant indexes have been in the standard disposal status for a long time.In recent years,with the severe environment situation,the sewage treatment plant outside drainage will execute the new water quality standards,on the basis of the original index increased total nitrogen control standards,but at the beginning of the existing wastewater treatment process design did not consider the total nitrogen removal,the drain current total nitrogen in a state of not up to standard.Firstly,the water quality of each treatment unit in sewage treatment plant was investigated and analyzed,the comprehensive evaluation of wastewater treatment plant was made,the operation status of the treatment system was analyzed and the improvement direction was put forward.The purpose of this study was to remove the nitrate nitrogen from wastewater.The operation condition parameters of the denitrification unit were determined by the feasibility test and denitrification test,and the rationalization process was put forward according to the situation of the site structure.Pilot test study to CAST sludge as the kind of mud,CAST out of the water as raw water,sewage plant secondary hydrolysis acidification pool solid elastic packing for same packing,glucose for additional carbon source,respectively,experimental study on the additive amount of glucose of 120 mg/L,100 mg/L,60 mg/L,40 mg/L under the condition of total nitrogen removal rate,and to determine the optimum C/N ratio;And stirring or not and hydraulic residence time of 1.5 h,h,h,4.5 3.5 2.5 h of denitrification efficiency change,on the basis of test results and combined with field CAST pool and secondary hydrolysis acidification pool space and running situation,modification Suggestions are put forward.Test results are as follows,sewage treatment plant sludgeCAST pool can achieve rapid denitrifying domestication,and may be the same in sewage secondary hydrolysis acidification pool elastic solid filler surface faster "membrane".DO 0.5-1.5mg/L,with glucose 60mg/L,and the hydraulic retention time of 3.5h is the most economical condition to ensure the discharge of water.In this condition,the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen 41.9% in the wastewater of the original plant is obtained.Test has practical significance in the petrochemical company of sewage plant,based on total nitrogen removal is proposed on the basis of in situ modification Suggestions,respectively is idle CAST to the pool and secondary hydrolysis acidification pool technology renovation.
