With the further development of the BoHai oil field,a large number of marginal oil fields need to be mined,and the simple platform cost is the most important issue that restricts the development of marginal oil fields.The traditional simple platform has high costs and it is difficult to adapt to the era of low oil prices.At present,the simple platform of the conductor only serves to isolate the seawater from the circulation drilling fluid and does not provide bearing capacity to the platform.By studying the way of gathering the capacity of the conductor,the conductor is used as a simple platform holding structure,thus eliminating the need for platform legs and reducing exploit costs.First,through the analysis of the bearing capacity and strength of the conductor,it is considered that the conductor is feasible as a platform supporting structure.Numerical Simulation of Three Piles of Simple Platform with Supporting Structure Using SACS,combining security and economy,optimize the layout,connection method and connection angle.Through simulation experiments and numerical simulation,the method for improving the ultimate bearing capacity of the conductor is studied to guide the lifting capacity of the conductor.Finally,by studying the existing construction methods at home and abroad,the on-site construction method and flow of the conductor bearing capacity gathering structure were obtained.Through the SACS numerical simulation analysis,the optimal form of the threepiles girder bearing capacity aggregation structure obtained meets the stability requirements under extreme environmental conditions in a sea area of BoHai Sea,and is more economical.The theoretical calculation and indoor simulation results show that after the grouting and consolidation of the conductor and the surface casing,the ultimate bearing capacity can be increased slightly,the diagonal support can be increased,and the ultimate bearing capacity can be greatly improved.because of the increase of inclined support,the yield is based on the support,therefore,the choice of slender member as a support will be conducive to the promotion of the overall bearing capacity.Finally,through the optimization and optimization of the construction process for the construction of the conductor load-bearing capacity,the bearing capacity of the conductor is fully utilized,the construction cost is saved,and the construction period is shortened.
