| Due to the decrease of petroleum resources,the current drilling construction has gradually shifted from shallow reservoir to deep reservoir.The ROP of deep well and ultra-deep well is low,and the long drilling cycle is the difficulty of drilling construction at present.At present,the focus of research on optimization of drilling parameters is mainly focused on multi-objective and multi parameter optimization,but there are often conflicts in the optimization of each target at the same time.Therefore,to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of drilling performance,find the relationship of MSE and bit depth of cut,bit depth of cut and drill working parameters(WOB,RPM),considering the downhole vibration quantitative evaluation results and drill work state monitoring results,the final mapping relationship between rock breaking efficiency with the drill working parameters,to achieve energy efficiency to the optimization of high rock breaking rock breaking direction,to improve drilling speed,prolong the service life of the bit is of great significance to save drilling cost.The new method in this paper breaks through the limitations of traditional methods,such as ROP and MSE or DOC index,and comprehensively integrates these evaluation indexes,and establishes the optimal objective function.Response surface methodology is applied to analyze the response degree of drill bit’s working parameters and enhance rock breaking efficiency,so as to achieve optimal direction of rock breaking.In this paper,the MATLAB software is applied to the numerical simulation of two wells in Songliao Basin by using the global search method,and the optimum working parameters of the drill are recommended. |
