The Fengcheng formation in the Ke80 well area is located in the south of the fifth area of the Karamay oilfield in the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin.The total oil-bearing area of the reservoir is 22.53km~2 and the geological reserve is 689.48×10~4t.It has low porosity,low permeability,high formation pressure coefficient,and poor reservoir connectivity,crack development,deep burial and other characteristics.During the fracturing process,there are difficulties such as high wellhead pressure,low displacement,large fluid loss of fracturing fluid,sensitive sand ratio,and difficulty in sand addition.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a technical system that is suitable for the reform and development of high-efficiency reservoirs in the Fengcheng formation in the Ke80 well area.This article first analyzes and summarizes the current status of Fengcheng formation in Well Ke80,integrates the reservoir geological characteristics of Fengcheng formation in well Ke80,and clarifies the problems existing in the Fengcheng formation reservoir reconstruction in Ke80 well area and the technical difficulties it faces.In view of the problems existing in the reservoir reconstruction of Fengcheng formation in Ke80well area,researches were carried out from the aspects of fracturing material optimization and optimization of fracturing construction parameters.For the preferred aspects of fracturing materials,this paper conducts evaluation experiments for the slow cross-linking properties of fracturing fluids,fluid loss reduction properties,gel-breaking properties,residual content,core permeability damage,etc.The acid hydrophobic association fracturing fluid system is selected for fracturing fluid in Fengcheng formation of Ke80 well area.;By testing the roundness,sphericity,and crushing resistance of the proppant,Zhengzhou Runbao proppant was selected as the proppant for the reservoir reformation of the block;In the optimization of fracturing construction parameters,the three-dimensional fracturing simulation software Stimplan and FracproPT were used to study the sensitivity analysis of the fracture parameters,the percentage of prepositioned solution,the construction scale,the displacement,and the sand addition ratio,and optimized the construction parameters.The applicability of this technical system was demonstrated by field application evaluation at well Ke 204.Finally,a fracturing technology system suitable for the Fengcheng formation reservoir reconstruction in the Ke80 well area has been established,providing strong technical support for the efficient development of this block.
