At present,installing surface conductor is jet method and drilling method in deep water.Drilling method usually has risks,inculding poor cementing quality,wellhead instability and other.Although the jet method can solve some of the technical problems in the deep-water drilling operations,but it makes soil more disturbed.so the jet method can't adapt to development of small well spacing.Underwater drilling can effectively solve these problems,not only that it can achieving greater bearing capacity,improving the stability of the wellhead,and has good economics.Therefore,this paper optimizes the construction parameters of underwater piling installing surface conductor.In this paper,the adaptability of underwater piling installing surface conductor is analyzed in the South China Sea,based on the parameters of soil conditions and conditions of the South China Sea.Then,according to the process of underwater piling,characteristics of deep water environment,and relevant theories of water piling,the parameters of underwater piling installing surface conductor were optimized and analyzed.Finally,according to the parameter optimization method,the field operation parameters were designed.Through the theoretical research,numerical simulation and case analysis,it is analyzed that underwater piling installing surface conductor have strong adaptability in the South China Sea;the two processes of underwater piling are analyzed and compared;The range of influence of the group pile effect is known through simulation;Finally,the optimization method for the construction parameters was recommended.It has provided technical support for deep-water surface drilling operations.
