Experimental Research On Pump Concrete Component In Non-pouring Side By Rebound Method

Strength of concrete structure performance indicators is a most important indicators,is of reinforced concrete engineering completion inspection and acceptance,safety assessment as an important test content,presumption of rebound method is a simple method of compressive strength of concrete members,and they are widely used in our country,it has the characteristics of easy operation,fast and flexible,and belongs to the nondestructive testing.As for the concrete slabs of concrete,it is impossible to test the concrete casting side by means of the construction process.In order to solve this situation,it is urgent to set up the rebounce-measuring curve of pump-feed concrete.This paper adopts the method of springback in shijiazhuang area,handan and xingtai region of different strength grade of casting side pumping concrete member separately under the condition of the carbonation depth of concrete strength testing,through the method of core strength contrast and correction.A large amount of data was obtained through the rebound,carbonization depth measurement and drilling core test of solid concrete slab with different strength and different carbonization depth.By fitting the data processing effectively,establish the hebei region rebound method to detect the casting profile correction curve of pumping concrete components,and the national unified strength curve comparison,central and southern hebei region pumped concrete site casting rebound strength curve of high precision;Through the verification of three projects in central and southern hebei province,this paper shows that the strong curve can be of great use value in the middle and south of hebei province.In addition,the conversion relationship between the two is obtained based on the study of the rebound value of the same component base and top surface.Application this paper get to central and southern hebei province,the site casting concrete rebound strength curve,can be accurate to obtain the compressive strength of concrete board,test process is simple,the instrument is easy to carry,easy data processing,high efficiency,and will not cause damage to structures,south-central of hebei province in pumping concrete slab quality control components play a positive role.
