Study On Performanceimprovement Of The Warpingmachine Based On Hmi And PLC

At present there is a certain gap between foreign equipment and domestic warping machine in warping tension control,the speed and efficiency of warping,the intelligent degree of warping,the maintenance and management of warping machine,as well as full automatic control,etc.The main purpose of this study is to solve the above problems existing in the domestic warping machine by transforming and reduce the gap with the advanced control technology,realizing the optimization of the warping efficiency.Based on a brief overview of warping machine's overall architecture,with Tianjin Samsung woolen mill warping machine equipment as the carrier,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the warping machine equipment,and studies the warping machine performance improvement scheme and implementation method.This paper introduces the hardware structure of the whole machine performance,and analyzes the selection of PLC application technology,servo motor application,frequency converter,human-machine interaction,and the function of the whole machine.It determines the PLC as control core,tension sensors as detection signal,the servo motor as the executive element,writes the control program of the whole machine performance enhancement,and designs the human-machine interface on the touch screen.At last,it gives the improvement scheme and debugging results of some malfunctions such as the fault of yarn breakage,the failure of the long control mechanism,the tension of the yarn in the whole warp is too small,the interference failure in the equipment debugging,the system origin reset and other failures.This paper solves the problems of yarn spinning,yarn changing and tension control devices in the whole machine equipment,so as to prolong the failure-free operation time greatly.At the same time,the time of manual operation has been greatly reduced,and the improvement of these equipment performance has certain guiding significance and help to further improve the efficiency of the whole machine.
