Phthalocyanine derivatives are widely used in various fields,especially in the fields of photodynamic and photocatalytic degradation due to its excellent stability and good photoelectric properties.However,the phthalocyanine has poor solubility,difficult modification and easy aggregation,which limits its application.Therefore,a soluble asymmetric phthalocyanine(ZnPc-OH)was prepared,and then the phthalocyanine was modifiedwithpolyethyleneglycol-polylacticacid(mPEG-b-PLA)and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)for the two aspects research of photodynamic-drug combination therapy and photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.On the one hand,the block polymer mPEG-b-PLA was prepared by ring-opening polymerization,and then ZnPc-OH and mPEG-b-PLA were passively by disulfide bonds bonding.Finally,the amphiphilic polymer mPEG-b-PLA-S-S-ZnPc was synthesized.On the other hand,the chain transfer agent DMP was synthesized,and phthalocyanine-based chain transfer agent ZnPc-DMP was synthesized with ZnPc-OH.The polymer ZnPc-PNIPAM was prepared by reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT)finally.All of the above products were characterized by ~1H NMR,FT-IR and GPC.The drug loading of the polymer mPEG-b-PLA-S-S-ZnPc was tested by paclitaxel(PTX).The tests of UV-visible light indicated that the polymer has good drug loading capacity.The material was treated by different concentrations of glutathione(GSH),and the results showed that the nanoparticle possessed tumor tissue responsiveness.The LCST of the temperature-sensitive polymer ZnPc-PNIPAM was 37.0°C with turbidity method.The ability of ZnPc-PNIPAM as a photocatalyst was studied by photodegrading RhB,the result showed that the catalyst has the good ability of photocatalytic degradation.After five cycles of testing,the photocatalyst still had the high efficiency ability of photocatalytic degradation.
