| The aluminum alloy thin-walled shell part is a typical rotary part,its rigidity is poor and structural strength is low,the traditional process is difficult to form this part,and spinning process as a new modern technology of less cutting,has been widely used in the rotary workpiece processing field.In this paper,the hot spinning forming of 7075 aluminum alloy thin-walled shell is studied,it is hoped to be helpful to the spinning forming of aluminum alloy thin-walled shell part.In this paper,the stress-strain law of 7075 aluminium alloy thin-walled shell part in spinning process is studied.Based on the experience and theoretical knowledge of spinning process,the spinning process is simulated by finite element software ABAQUS,and combined with the actual test to verify each other,so as to master the spinning forming control technology of this part.The research results are as follows:(1)Through analyzing the aluminum alloy thin-walled shell part’s distribution rules of equivalent stress and strain in the process of strong spinning,studies the variation rules of stress and strain caused by different radius of rotation wheel,feed ratio and temperature: near the wheel contact with the workblank area or nearby area,the stress and strain inside the workblank are larger;the stress and strain in the area where extrusion deformation is completed and the area where extrusion deformation is not accepted are both smaller.(2)Analysis is carried out according to the simulated process plan and the ideal parameter combination is obtained.It is revealed that the radius of the rotation wheel,the feed ratio and the spinning temperature are the important factors affecting the spinning forming of aluminum alloy thin-walled shell,its reasonable feed ratio is 1mm/r,its reasonable round radius of the wheel is 20 mm,for 7075 aluminum alloy,the ideal spinning forming temperature is between 350°C and 400°C.Of course,the correctness of the simulation results is verified in the spinning test,which reveals the rules of hot spinning forming of aluminum alloy thin-walled shell.(3)This paper summarizes the advantages of the thin-walled shell parts in terms of material utilization rate,mechanical properties and forming cycle etc.compared with the traditional method of rod material cutting,and then extend the process method. |
