Since the beginning of the 21st century,China’s industrialization has accelerated,but the problem of safe production has become increasingly serious.Various types of safety accidents have caused great harm to life,property and social harmony.Safety signs are an important means of safety management and are widely used in social production and life.However,through field research and related accident case analysis,it can be found that there are serious problems in the design and use of safety signs,which has greatly reduced the warning effect,especially the poor attention and poor readability of some safety signs[1,2,3].It has made it difficult for frontline workers to perceive,which has become a cause of accidents and has hidden hidden dangers for many production safety accidents and labor disputes.Therefore,it is of great research value to analyze and discuss the design and application of existing safety signs.The design and application of safety signs have been studied for a long time,but most of their results are based on questionnaire research and behavioral experiments,lacking theoretical research from brain cognition and electrophysiology.Safety signs should be designed to meet people’s brain perceptions and subjective experiences in order to play their warnings more effectively.This is the focus of research in the field of safety production in the theory of neural industrial engineering.Study 1 used E-prime to conduct cognitive science experiments,and studied whether there were differences in the attention levels of different types of markers from the two dimensions of titer and arousal.As the experimental basis and preliminary work of this series of studies,Research 1 made an exploratory attempt for the research methods and experimental design of the latter two studies,confirming that the factory safety signs will lead to greater negative stimulation.The important role of safety signs in safe production is emphasized.Study 2 is a passive experiment,using ERP(event-related potential)neuroscience experiments,allowing the subjects to see the factory indicator,warning and prohibition three factory safety signs to stimulate them,observe the attention caused by three safety signs Whether there is a difference in levels.The experimental results show that the P200 wave caused by the safety indicator of the indicator factory is the least,and the attention is the lowest.Study the paradigm of Three References II to study the neural perception of safety signs combined with the use of specific contexts for safety signs.The experimental design materials were strictly controlled,and the neural perception differences between the original markers and the optimized markers were compared to investigate the effect of the optimization method.This study explores the role of safety signs on human neural perception from the perspective of neuroscience,and supplements the safety sign optimization method with neurological evidence.The study in this paper gives a new interpretation of how safety signs affect human cognition and nerves from the perspective of neuroscience research.Finally,the research results are applied in F company,and suggestions for optimizing the factory safety signs in management practice are proposed.
