With the optimization of the energy structure and the adjustment of the economic structure,the new normal of economic development in the coal industry is the gradual reduction of coal demand or the slow increase in demand.In this case,if the coal enterprise develops in the same way as in the past,the benefits will decline while also damaging the environment.The coal industry can promote the sustainable development of coal industry only if it changes from traditional development mode to quality efficiency.In the face of the fierce coal market and the increasing pressure on the production and business operations of enterprises,L company has continuously increased its reform and innovation efforts,carried out in-depth efforts to reverse losses,increase profits,and improve quality and quality,and vigorously implemented the internal market-oriented management model.However,the problem of high cost and low economic efficiency still exists.Therefore,further optimization of enterprise management,enterprise development has a very important significance.Firstly,this paper reviews the value chain theory,cost management theory,transaction cost theory,target management theory and other related theories.The theory lays a theoretical foundation for analyzing the current situation of the internal market management of L company and formulating corresponding optimization plans.Moreover,it has a certain practical significance for the internal market management of L company and can improve the accuracy and science of the optimization and promote the internal market management of enterprises.Secondly,we analyze the current situation of the internal market management of L companies in terms of company profile,organization and personnel structure,management and management,and combine the results of the survey questionnaire.To find out the main problems in the internal marketization management of L company,such as the imperfect organization,the lack of cost control,the lack of strict on-site management,and the lack of full cognition.Finally,according to the theoretical basis of internal marketization,combined withthe current situation and needs of the company's management,an optimization plan that conforms to the internal marketization management of L companies has been formulated.The main contents of optimization are: improving the organizational system,establishing regulatory agencies,optimizing cost management,formulating cost control measures and auditing systems.Safeguards are provided in six areas: advocacy,systems,training,human resources,basic management and information technology.This paper focuses on the optimization of the internal market management problems of L company,thus improving the internal market management level of L company,improving the internal control ability of the company and the ability to counter external risks,and increasing the company's economic benefits.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for similar enterprises.
