| NC machine tools are the basic and an important tool in the production in the manufacturing industry.The geometric error of the machine tool greatly affects the precision of product processing.How to eliminate or reduce the geometric error of the machine tool has become a hot research topic.The error in single-axis accounts for a large proportion of the comprehensive error of the machine tool,so the study of its mechanism of action is extremely important.This paper,the importance of single-axis geometric error in machine tool comprehensive error is studied,and the single-term error factor is traced to its source.The transmission relationship of single-term error in single-axis component is studied and compensated.Firstly,in the research of geometric error of NC machine tools,the mathematical error model is established based on homogeneous coordinate transformation.And this paper analyzes the error sources and influencing factors affecting the machine tool geometric error,which provides a basis for studying the machine tool geometric error and improving the machining accuracy of the machine tool.Single shaft mobile platform is built,and based on the method of three coordinate measuring machine measurement,this paper proposes a single error identification method of single axis sliding platform.And the role of individual factors in error transfer mechanism was studied,and analyzed under the condition of different changes of the guide rail straightness error,with the mobile platform of the assembly process is given a method of assembly.A mathematical model of error transfer is proposed for the error transfer relationship of the moving axis.Considering the geometric error of each component of the moving axis,based on the interaction between the base and the working slide,this paper establishes a comprehensive error model of the sliding table.Combined with the theoretical basis,an error model is established for the machine tool for machining long-axis parts,and the main influence error sources are found out,and the single-term error is adjusted and compensated,which finally improves the precision of long-axis machining.The research content of this paper focuses on the geometric error of machine tools and related components.In this paper,the innovation in the machine tool geometric error of the whole machine and single shaft parts research,this paper proposes a recognition uniaxial geometric error identification method,and establishes the error transfer model of uniaxial between components,that considering mechanical action of assembly technique of the move axis,and optimize the error transfer model.This paper has research value and practicability in the research and application of NC machine tool assembly and single axis error. |
