Manufacturing is the main body of economic development.As the industrial machine of manufacturing,the power demand of CNC machine tools is increasing,and the environmental problems such as resource depletion and global warming are getting serious.Improving the energy efficiency of CNC machine tools is the focus of attention at home and abroad.With the development of Internet technology,the processing information of workshop equipment can be more fully and quickly reflected.Promoting the integration of manufacturing and the Internet is the trend of future development of processing workshop.In this paper,based on the Internet technology and CNC milling machine processing,the research on energy consumption modeling and parameter optimization of CNC machine tools based on cyber-physical system is carried out,so that the self-organizing and adaptive optimization of energy efficiency of CNC machine tools is realized.The main research contents include:First,the cyber-physical system for CNC equipment is constructed,and the MTConnect standard protocol is used to standardize data collection,which is compatible with the heterogeneous type and diversity of the underlying data of the system.The data mapping between the physical entity and the information space in the cyber-physical system architecture is completed from the actual situation,and the system equipment status information and processing information are obtained.Secondly,the energy consumption characteristics of CNC machine tools are analyzed,and it is divided into three stages.Gravity-search based Cuckoo Search Algorithm(GCSA)is proposed,and the energy consumption model of CNC machine tool is established by using smoothing method,multiple linear regression and GCSA optimization kernel limit learning machine.The input power function model of CNC milling machine is obtained by experimental data,and compared with the literature model,the validity and accuracy of the proposed model are verified.Then,the multi-objective optimization model for energy efficiency of CNC milling machine is established with the goal of processing input power and processing time.The multiobjective GCSA optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Compared with the literature optimization algorithm,the search ability and convergence ability of the proposed algorithm are verified.The optimization obtains a set of Pareto optimal solutions,and the optimal decision is analyzed by using gray correlation degree to obtain a satisfactory combination of cutting parameters.Finally,combined with the PMC signal control system of CNC machine tool,the PLC is used to control the speed multiplier,and the optimized combination of cutting parameters is fed back to the equipment to realize the adaptive control of cutting parameters.And the prototype system of CNC machine tools is established,then the entire information physical system closed loop is completed,which provides a theoretical reference for further realization of intelligent manufacturing and green production. |
