Shelling and separation is the first step in the processing of Camellia oleifera.With the rapid expansion of Camellia oleifera planting area,the problem of artificial plucking and clearing methods which restricting the large-scale planting of Camellia oleifera is becoming more and more serious,and it is difficult to meet the needs of mechanized automatic processing of Camellia industry.In view of the inefficiency,low separation rate and high economic cost in the process of production and processing of Camellia oleifera,this topic starts from the principle of material separation,and innovatively develops a new flotation separation of Camellia sinensis seed mixture process and the key parameters of it were studied and analyzed.The results obtained are summarized as follows:(1)The measurement of the material properties(color,size,quality,density,etc.)of the peel and seed is carried out,and the common domestic sorting techniques are compared with reference to the corresponding literature analysis.It is determined that the flotation based on the density difference is more efficient than other sorting methods.and finally the flotation is selected as the sorting process of the mixture of the shells and the seeds.(2)The research and analysis of the process conditions affecting the flotation effect were carried out,and the separation process of flotation technology was designed.On the basis of the determination of material characteristics,combined with the effect of drying on the density of Camellia oleifera,the response surface analysis was carried out by using Maltab and other software.The analysis model of the drying process of Camellia oleifera was established for flotation at different temperature points.Mechanization and automation of the selection process establish data and theoretical basis.(3)The pilot scale-up test of the comprehensive performance of Camellia oleifera flotation machine was carried out.The dry response surface model was validated and the on-line density meter was used to monitor the flotation liquid density change in real time and the color change was measured.The separation rate was used to quantify the effect of flotation separation,The experiment showed that the flotation separation effect was good,With the annual processing capacity of 500 tons of camellia fruit,the economic analysis of the flotation equipment system shows that the flotation process not only improves the separation efficiency,but also has low economic cost and can be applied to enterprises.After comprehensive research and analysis,the flotation process has high processing efficiency,simple operation,simple subsequent automation,and the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise is improved,and the economic benefits are remarkable.Based on the above research results,this project established a set of high-efficiency flotation process of Camellia oleifera seeds,determined the key control factors,and initially developed a flotation equipment system that can be used for actual production.Through pilot research and economic analysis,the process and supporting equipment have good separation effect and application prospects.
