The problem of water inrush from coal seam floor is one of the main factors puzzling the safe mining of coal resources in Pingshan No.2 Coal Mine,especially with the increasing depletion of shallow coal resources,it is imperative to exploit deep coal seam and lower coal group.The water inrush problem of floor plate is more prominent,and the difficulty of hydrophobic pressure reduction and mining with pressure is greater,so it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the failure law of floor water barrier by mining and water pressure action.In th,e research of this paper,Geng20-31010 face of Pingshan No.2 Coal Mine is taken as the research object,and the safe mining technology on pressurized water in Pingshan No.2 Coal Mine is analyzed and studied.Firstly,numerical simulation is used to divide the floor uplift zone in time and space into the front floor uplift zone,the mining face floor uplift zone,the floor uplift zone in the caving area,and aiming at the characteristics of high aquifer water pressure.Through theoretical calculation,the water inrush coefficient of the bottom plate is 0.073 MPA/m,which is the dangerous area of mining with pressure.The forecast and analysis of the water inflow in the coal face of Pingdingshan coal mine is 1.1%of the normal water inflow in Pingdingshan mining a,rea.The value is calculated to be 31 m3/h.According to the above data,the risk assessment is carried out,and the technical scheme of safe mining on pressurized water in Pingshan No.2 Coal Mine is given.This paper analyzes the working face pressure mining measures from the drainage system scheme design,floor grouting retrofit technology,hydrophobic pressure relief technology,advance drilling grouting technology and other water prevention and control measures for safe mining.Through the analysis of transient electromagnetic exploration technology,it is found that the abnormal areas of water enrichment in Geng20-31010 wind roadway are reduced from 22 to 6,and the abnormal areas of water enrichment in mechanical roadways are reduced from 18 to 5.It is shown that the measures of water prevention and control have played a good role in the process of mining,which is the second coal mine.The research of water inrush mechanism and safe coal mining on confined water provide basis.
