The Design And Implementation Of Quantitative Analysis Software For Near Infrared Spectrum Of Crude Oil

The content of carbon components such as methane,ethane,propane,butane and pentane in crude oil may vary greatly due to factors such as origin and production zone.Different methods should be used to extract crude oil for different carbon content.Therefore,how to accurately measure the carbon content of crude oil is very important for oil production.Due to the content of carbon number component in crude oil needs to be obtained quickly and accurately,because of the characteristics of convenient measurement,high speed and low cost,near infrared spectroscopy has become the first choice.In this paper,the quantitative analysis software of crude oil near infrared spectroscopy is designed and implemented by combining the methods of chemometrics and near infrared spectroscopy,and the quantitative analysis model is established by using the software,the model is used to predict the content of crude oil carbon number component,so as to achieve the goal of obtaining the content of crude oil carbon number component quickly and accurately.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)Determine the specific functional and non-functional requirements of the software through the user's description of software functions and non-functional requirements,and draw use case diagrams according to the detailed description of each function.(2)Design software system architecture and functional modules,establish the principle of software interface design,and give the software system architecture diagrams,functional module diagrams and module operation flow chart.(3)According to the algorithm needs and quantitative model establishment process,code the core algorithm of each module and user interface,and show the system's various functional modules.(4)Use black box test and white box test to test software comprehensively,use the test case table to record the software testing process.(5)Use a spectrometer to measure the near infrared spectrum of crude oil with known content of carbon number component,the near infrared spectrum of crude oil is used to pretreatment,principal component analysis and establish quantitative model,and the quantitative model is established for different carbon number component of crude oil,and the model result is obtained.
