The city is an area the modern industry and the population gathering,and the human civilization and the social progress symbol,and the engine which the economy grows.The vigorous development of a city is bound to generate a highly efficient driving force for development and promote the modernization process of a country.The important position of a city in the whole country is self-evident.However,urban diseases such as highly concentrated urban population,increasing extraversion of resource utilization,aging urban infrastructure,and severe environmental damage are increasingly prominent with the acceleration of urbanization.Cities are faced with the challenge of the superposition and expansion of stock risks and incremental risks,and they are under great pressure.Under the same pressure,some cities can cope with it easily,while some cities cannot recover after a setback.The essential reason is that cities have different ability to resist external interference.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out physical examination on cities to find out the current health status of cities.A city's overall state of health can be judged by its vulnerability assessment.However,a city is a complex system formed by the coupling of resources,ecological environment,economy and society.The overall healthy state of a city does not reflect the degree of mutual cooperation and interaction among the subsystems within the city.The full and normal functioning of urban functions is bound to require the coordination of resources,ecological environment,economy and society.So the paper takes Henan province as an example,embarking from the urban vulnerability and city subsystem coupling coordination.First of all,the article takes indicators summary,classification,screening index comparison,primary indicators finally revised" the process of building urban comprehensive evaluation index system from the resource,economy,ecological environment,social on the basis of the secondary indicator,and secondly the research content and research objects to determine this vulnerability assessment method by the method of vulnerability and suitability analysis in this paper,and the comprehensive index method is used to construct the vulnerability assessment model;The concept of capacitance coupling and its coefficient model in physics are used for reference and extended to the coupling compatibility measurement model of interaction effects of multiple systems.Finally,this paper analyzes the measurement results of urban vulnerability and coupling coordination among subsystems of cities in Henan province in recent ten years,and classifies cities with different conditions according to the diagnosis results by adopting the idea of “precise governance”.For cities with high vulnerability,the idea of “reducing embrittlement” is mainly to use the hindrancy degree analysis method to excavate the key embrittlement factors that restrict the healthy development of each city and apply corresponding targeted intervention measures.Aiming at the cities with low coupling and coordination,this paper adopts the idea of “strengthening the weak links”,mainly summarizing the improvement demands of the relatively lagging subsystems of each city,and proposing corresponding improvement measures.
