With the rapid development of modern society and the constant innovation of science and technology,modern manufacturing requirements of welding technology is also constantly improve,efficient,intelligent,the welding technology of environmental protection become the main direction of research in industry.As a kind of high quality and efficient welding technology,double filament pulse fusion welding is becoming more and more widely used in industrial production.However,in both research and application,double wire welding is in the form of front and back silk,while the side-by-side double silk pulse MAG welding is rarely involved.Based on the premise,this paper explores the welding process of double-wire pulse melting electrode.This experiment set up a paratactic type double wire pulsed MAG welding system,the system includes two pulse MAG power supply,welding process is made up of two power supply power supply respectively,two welding torch respectively in weld both sides into welding connection side by side at the same time,in order to make the welding arc can be precise control,the distance between the two welding gun and welding torch Angle is adjustable,as far as possible to ensure mutual influence between two power not to.Application of the system,first determine welding and double wire pulsed MAG welding process of the weld are satisfaction to the various process parameters,as a experiment basis,change one of these parameters,respectively,to explore the pulse peak value and base value voltage,the distance of the double wire in vertical direction of weld,welding torch Angle,wire feeding speed and the influence of welding speed on the welding process,according to the experiment of surveying and mapping the weld cross section and surface shape of the typical images,and other experiment data with formula derivation further analyzes the changes of process parameters on the weld fusion area,melting efficiency and the effect of weld size.In order to further optimize the welding process specification and ensure the reliability of double wire welding process,it provides the basis for the prediction of weld forming and real-time control.
