At present,China's apparel industry is in a strategic period of industrial restructuring and dynamic transformation of development.Opportunities and challenges coexist.With the development of clothing digitalization,a variety of new clothing equipment has been developed.The manufacturing capability of single-piece,single-piece and single-piece machine equipment has been improved,and the purchase price has been declining continuously,which promotes the development of enterprise batch individualized customization.Therefore,as people's income continues to increase,consumers' individualized demand for clothing is also increasing.How to combine individualized customization with mass production needs to be considered.For domestic apparel enterprises,time is money.How to seize the opportunity in the fast changing fierce competition and make a quick and reasonable product cost estimation and pricing according to customer demand in order to obtain customer satisfaction and maximize the benefits will become an urgent problem for garment enterprises to solve.In the current downturn of the overall economic environment of the apparel industry,some apparel enterprises have put forward requests for clothing CAD companies to design a fast,accurate and reasonable product cost estimation and pricing when facing customer orders.In this paper,for men's shirt customization enterprises,first of all,men's plaid fabric customization related industries,CAD layout software,plaid shirt fabric dot-to-grid and so on.This paper summarizes the relevant theories,and then,based on the actual situation and existing problems of the company,takes the singlepiece single-cut men's plaid shirt fabric as the breakthrough point,puts forward a fast estimation mathematical model for the segment material.The service object of this paper is the men's shirt customization enterprise.The content of this study is the estimation model of single-piece single-cut checked men's shirt material.The following aspects are carried out:(1)Observe and master the rules and methods of checked fabric bar-to-bar specifications through literature and inquiries,and summarize them for enterprises to use in CAD layout software as a reference.(2)This paper relies on the layout tool,which is the garment CAD layout system,to estimate the calculation model.Through the calculation function of the CAD layout software,the usage rate under different grid sizes and the influence of door width,style and size on the layout utilization rate are obtained.The changing trend of the section material under different circumstances is observed by SPSS data analysis software,and the rules are found.(3)Using SPSS data analysis platform and multiple regression analysis method,this paper estimates the segment material of single-piece single-cut Plaid men's shirt fabric,establishes a mathematical model,and finally achieves the purpose of precise plaid fabric actuarial material,and provides a fast cost estimation method for the guide and purchaser of customized stores of enterprises.The significance of this paper is to shorten the period and save the cost.The repairing rate customized according to the information provided by enterprises has reached 70%~80%,which results in such a large repairing rate.One of the important reasons is that there are problems in the transmission of information.Therefore,the professional level of shop staff and purchasing staff should be improved.In the new era background of "Internet+" and "Industry 4.0",in order to achieve the goal of improving the professional level of shop staff and purchasing staff.In order to adapt to the changeable market,seize the consumers' psychology of pursuing individualization and improve the efficiency of enterprises,China's manufacturing industry urgently needs to carry out transformation and upgrading,keep pace with the times,make use of the integration of Internet technology and industrial production on the premise of its solid foundation,and realize the coordination of internal and external processes of design,research and development,and management with the help of information technology,so as to realize quick quotation and cost-saving.It is imperative.
